IGNOU Accepting Applications for Re-evaluation and Photocopy of Answer Sheet – Step by Step Guide

IGNOU has started accepting applications for Revaluation of Answer Book and Photocopy of Answer Book for December 2022 Term End Exams. This is a great opportunity for students who have appeared for the December 2022 Term End Exams and are not satisfied with their results.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Visit onlineservices.ignou.ac.in/reevaluation/.

On the login page, fill all the required details and click on the “Login” button.

Step 2: Apply for Re-evaluation or Copy of Answer Script

Once the TEE results are declared and uploaded on the IGNOU website, you may apply for re-evaluation and photocopy of answer scripts. Simply fill in the mandatory information and click the “Save” button to generate the payment link.

Step 3: Receive Scanned Copy or Photocopy of Answer Script

Once the process is complete, you will either receive a scanned copy of your answer script through the email ID provided in the online form, or a photocopy of your answer script will be sent through post.

Note: Re-evaluation and photocopy of answer scripts are not available for certain courses with multiple choice questions (MCQ) conducted on OMR sheets. These courses include PCO01, BSHF101, FST01, BNS041, BNS042, BLI011, BLII012, BLII013, BLII104, and BEVAE181.

Step 4: Re-evaluation Eligibility

Re-evaluation is only permissible in Term End Exams and not in projects, dissertations, practicals, lab courses, workshops, assignments, or seminars.

Step 5: Payment Options

The application fee can be paid through debit/credit card (Master/Visa/Rupay) of any bank or through net banking.

Step 6: Copy of Answer Script Availability

In case you have applied for re-evaluation and later wish to obtain a copy of your answer script, the copy will be provided by the concerned Regional Centre if the answer script has not yet been processed for re-evaluation. However, if the answer script has been processed for re-evaluation, the Regional Centre will not be able to provide a copy.
