IGNOU Re-registration Date Extended For January 2020 Session

IGNOU Started Re-Registration Process In October for January 2020 Session. At that time last date for re-registration was 30th November which has been extended. According to the new notification the last date is extended upto 31st December 2019. Now you can submit re-registration fee till 31st December for January 2019. There is no late fee for this date. You can apply for next year/semester without any late fee.

Re-registration means that you enroll in an existing program in the next year or next semester. Re-Registration facility is available only for those candidates who have been enrolled for 1 year or longer duration program by taking Admission in IGNOU. There is no extra criteria to enroll for next year or semester because you have already been admitted in the same course/program. Even if you do not attend an exam, you can still submit an application for re-registration. You will be enrolled for the next semester / year, simply by paying the annual or semesterual fee for your program.

Re-registration can be done for the following programs until you are in the last year/semester.

  • Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management (BTCM)
  • Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) (BTS)

Master Degree Programme:

  • Master of Arts in Adult Education (MAAE)
  • Masters in Anthropology (MAAN)
  • MA in Distance Education (MADE)
  • Master of Arts in Extension & Development Studies (MAEDS)
  • MA in Gender and Development Studies (MAGD)
  • Master of Arts in History (MAH)

Important note: Once you have made the payment you will get the Form Preview option. Save/Print your form for future reference. Confirmation e-mail will also be sent to you at your registered e-mail address and also by SMS. Once you have completed your Re registration, we advise all the students that you should check your registration status after you have logged in with the correct information.
